Adult Driving Courses

– Five Level Program

At Sunrise Driving School, we have the proper resources to help any adult gain the skills and confidence they need to take on the roads around the northwest suburbs of Illinois. We offer driving lessons with our raved about adult driving courses, and behind the wheel testing you won’t find anywhere else. Our driving instructors around the Northwest suburbs of Illinois are skilled with many years of experience behind the wheel.

Whether you need to improve your driving skills or gain more confidence behind the wheel, we can help you become a safe and skillful driver! We are experts in helping nervous drivers gain confidence in an enjoyable environment!

Adult Driving Program Request Options

Note: There is a potential one to two week scheduling delay for new students. We are contacting local area students first who have more availability between 9am and 3pm Monday thru Friday. Saturdays are extremely limited. Please review our payment and refund policy below the options offered before submitting your sign up form.

 

Due to a rise in gas prices, we are charging an additional 4% gas surcharge on all options.

 

  • Option #1 $75 for a 70 minute evaluation or introductory lesson. We also offer a pay as you go in advance with this option through Zelle. Just make a payment to us through Zelle of $75 as a retainer for any chargeable cancellations. When scheduled, please pay $75 after each lesson ends. The retainer or balance left can be applied to the last lesson taken. Note: Promo offer of 80 min for $80
  • Option #2: $95 for single 90 minute lessons. These would be best for experienced students looking for additional instruction and/or either expressways or pre-road test practice at a local DMV Facility.
  • Option #3: Only $560 for eight 75-minute driving lessons (10 hours) is a more complete program for inexperienced or new drivers who will be able to practice in between lessons. We advise taking option #2 (expressways and/or road test practice) after completion.
  • Note promotional offer: For $70 more – 2 hours (12 hrs. total) Type Promo offer in additional requests.
  • Option #4: Only $330 for four 75 minute driving lessons. Five hours of solid instruction for those who may have over a year of driving experience.
  • Note promotional offer: For $30 more – 1.25 hours (6.2 hrs. total) a $40 savings. Type Promo offer in additional requests.
  • Option #5: $130– Up to 2.25 hours of City (Chicago) and highway driving. This option is only for those who have successfully completed level 3 of any adult program (see above drop down for 5 level program details).
  • Option #6: $470 – For five 90 minute in-vehicle lessons.
  • Note promotional offer: For $50 more – 1.5 hours (9 hrs. total) a $50 savings. Type Promo offer in additional requests.
  • Option #7: $1,100 – Up to 20 hours of driving instruction through all levels, including highway driving and a pre-road practice driving test at a local DMV Facility. This is a more complete program for inexperienced or new drivers who will not be able to practice or very little, in between lessons.

Note: In order to fulfill our commitment with all of our students, and continue functioning as a business, students need to commit to any package they sign up for. Therefore, after the second lesson we will not refund any money paid as long as we are able to fulfill our instructional obligation. Exceptions to this would consist of any irreconcilable conflicts between students and Sunrise staff. Unless any unforeseen situation arises, we will commit to one or two lessons per week given the student is available during the days and times they submitted on our sign up form. Unless agreed upon before lessons begin, Sunrise will not be obligated to any programs paid for beyond 3 months from the first lesson taken.

Cancelation Policy

** If there's a need to cancel your lesson, we must know the night before by 10pm. If students cancel for any reason other than illness on the day of the lesson, we require a cancelation fee of $25. If you were scheduled on the same day of the lesson, we allow 1 hour to cancel or a cancellation fee will be needed. In order to cancel please call or text us right away.at 847-845-7072

We will try to schedule you for your first lesson up to 3 times, if none of the days and times we offer you which students put on the signup form, we will have to take that student off the scheduling list.

If at anytime throughout your lessons your availability changes, you must let us know asap and submit a new sign up form with your updated availability.
