At Sunrise Driving School, we have the proper resources to help any adult gain the skills and confidence they need to take on the roads of Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, and Elk Grove along with the rest of the northwest suburbs of Illinois. We offer adult driving instruction, and DMV practice testing you won’t find anywhere else. Our driving instructors are skilled with many years of experience behind the wheel.

Note: In order to fulfill our commitment with all of our students, and continue functioning as a business, students need to commit to any package they sign up for. Therefore, after the second lesson we will not refund any money paid as long as we are able to fulfill our instructional obligation. Exceptions to this would consist of any irreconcilable conflicts between students and Sunrise staff. Unless any unforeseen situation arises, we will commit to one or two lessons per week given the student is available during the days and times that they submitted on our sign up form. Unless agreed upon before lessons begin, Sunrise will not be obligated to any programs paid for beyond 3 months of students unavailable for scheduling from the last lesson taken.
Adult Driving Program Request Options
Note: It may take a few days for new students to be scheduled. We are focusing first on students who have more availability, especially between 10am and 3pm, Monday thru Friday. Saturdays are extremely limited. Please review our payment and refund policy below the options offered before submitting your sign up form.
Option #1: $80 for a 70 minute evaluation and introductory lesson. Just make a payment to us through Zelle (sunrise.ds@att.net) of $80 as a non-refundable retainer for any chargeable cancellations. You can continue with a pay as you go option through Zelle. When scheduled, please pay $80 for 70 minutes at the end of each lesson. The retainer or balance left can be applied to the last lesson taken. Note: We offer this option to new or previous students who have taken a package option and finished.
Option #2: $250 for three 70-minute driving lessons for students with some driving experience.
Option #3: $400 for five 70 minute lessons
Option #4: $700 for ten 70 minute lessons
Option #5: $1,000 for sixteen 70 minute lessons
Note: All these options include home pick up and drop off for our local areas (West of Rt 53, North of Rt 64 and South of Rt 62). An additional 5% Gas and travel surcharge will be added for out of area students accepted for training.
